Event Description
Expect produce sourced weekly to ensure the best ingredients of the season land on your plate, with dishes such as pig head terrine with peas, grapefruit and ginger, or asparagus with clams, bourride and espelette pepper. If you still have room for dessert, why not try an apricot and botrytis mille feuille or a rhubarb meringue pie with anise hyssop ice cream. When it comes to the drinks, select from a considered range of exclusively local beverages with a 20 bottle wine list and a carefully hand picked spirit selection.
