Embers, located within The Charming Squire (now newly re-imagined as The Squire's Steakhouse) in Brisbane's South Bank, features a wood-fired menu driven by ironbark coals, showcasing flame-grilled steaks, fresh seafood, and slow-cooked paddock-to-plate dishes. The Charming Squire Steakhouse creates a unique experience for the senses, a refreshing alternative from its Brewhouse sibling.
