Event Description
Baba Ganouj is a Southbank restaurant that blends fresh, modern Lebanese cuisine with traditional cooking methods that date back over five thousand years. Unique to Brisbane, saj is freshly baked Lebanese bread, which is cooked to order on a dome shaped hotplate instead of baked in an oven, your choice of toppings are then added to the saj bread as it cooks.
