Wilma is Canberra's first progressive Asian barbeque restaurant. "Wilma is all about thoughtful dining, New Asian dishes and the technique of primitive barbecue, with an extensive menu for the serious foodie. Harvac (the company behind Akiba, Sage Dining Rooms and Loquita) wants the impressive location to be the scene for a more considered food experience." -- HerCanberra
