Event Description

Carlotta is a distinctly Australian celebration of Mediterranean flavours and hospitality. We’re channelling the generous spirit of Mediterranean dining, giving a warm and vibrant nod to the trattorias and tavernas found dotted along the European coastline. Carlotta’s menu encourages shared feasting across an ever-evolving selection of antipasti, handmade pasta, and meat and seafood cooked over coals, with a custom-made wood oven from Naples taking pride of place in the kitchen.

Raku

Canberra, Canberra

30-40YRS

An elegant Japanese fine diner, located in the heart of Civic. Raku is named after the Japanese art form, where hand-crafted ceramics are fired in a kiln and left to cool in the elements, resulting in unpredictable shapes and textures. That philosophy speaks to the elegance of the space, with blond timber accents and moody lighting throughout. The menu is extensive, featuring tempura, raw and hot items, plus entire sections devoted to vegetables and seafood. There’s an emphasis on premium produce. - Broadsheet
