While Hotel Kurrajong Canberra pays tribute to the nations history, Chifleys Bar and Grill pays homage to the regions wineries and boutique food producers with a seasonal, modern menu. Chef Saju Rajappan and his team cater to discerning travellers, diplomats, and businesspeople with classic but inventive dishes that are as delicious as they are gorgeous to look at.
