Fu Manchu Oriental - Chevron Island
Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast
65+YRSThe story of Fu Manchu -- Author, Sax Rohmer, created the fictional supervillain Dr. Fu Manchu in a series of novels pre WW1. His evil and mysterious character personified the ‘yellow peril’, an expression of Western fears of the expansion of Asian power and influence. Dr. Fu Manchu inspired us to combine Western and Asian flavours, culminating in a menu that is our expression of the most delectable and delicious fusion dishes, not to be feared but enjoyed!
