Uncle Su (at The Star) invites you to enjoy the freshest live seafood, handmade yum cha and a delicious blend of Cantonese style favourites with a selection of signature Beijing and Szechuan dishes. Relax in the lounge bar, gather around a table or take a seat at the kitchen counter and be delighted by what ensues. Because as a wise man once said, ‘Laughter is brightest where food is best’.
