A combination of traditional methods and modern flair has allowed us to design a menu influenced by the many diverse regions of Italy, to deliver the best of Italian culture to Broadbeach. His evil and mysterious character personified the ‘yellow peril’, an expression of Western fears of the expansion of Asian power and influence. Dr. Fu Manchu inspired us to combine Western and Asian flavours, culminating in a menu that is our expression of the most delectable and delicious fusion dishes, not to be feared but enjoyed!
