Madam Fu Modern Asian is a modern Asian fusion restaurant, nestled inside the beautiful Capri on Via Roma centre on Isle of Capri, Surfers Paradise. A unique, progressive, shared dining experience, combining flavours from all corners of the East, to the far reaches of the West.
