Event Description
L'Hotel Gitan offers a seasonal dining experience in the heart of Prahran. A more casual affair than its sister restaurant, Bistro Gitan. Paying homage to the gypsy travellers of Europe, the menu is liberally seeded with European influences. They all work seamlessly together to create an experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Va Tutto
Ivanhoe, Melbourne
60+YRS"Coming from Zio’s in East Melbourne, owners Paul and Myrto Recinella decided to pack up and move a little further out of town. Taking a wealth of knowledge about fine Melbourne dining with them; the duo didn’t settle into a relaxing suburban lull. Instead, they built upon the idea of creating an oasis of quality food outside of the city. The carefully constructed modern Italian cuisine, fused with Asian flavours and techniques, creates a menu of exciting and varied dishes." - Broadsheet

The Courthouse Hotel
North Melbourne, Melbourne
55-65YRSNorth Melbourne's Courthouse Hotel menu channels some of it's past Euro polish, with head chef Sturrock weaving in British gastropub traditions he and his partners picked up while working in the UK's pubs previously. There’s plenty to love about what’s on offer: the care applied to the design of the space, a genuine service experience with bar staff who know their beers, and a sense of culinary ambition unrivalled by many other locals.
