The Botanical Hotel, located opposite the Royal Botanic Gardens, is known for its welcoming atmosphere and fine food. The modern Australian bar and grill showcases premium Australian beef, aged in-house for a minimum of 40 days, with a variety of different cuts from Victoria and around Australia.
