Event Description

Chef Philip Vakos’ foodie hotspot in Richmond, has been providing guests with his creative, ‘Gringlish’ take on Greek food & drink since 2014. Bahari’s menu is always changing, it’s not cliche, it’s modern; yet pays respect to it’s Hellenic origins. Bahari embodies true Greek share-food, yet you’ll always find something left of centre on Philip’s ‘specials’ menu!

Officina Gastronomica Italiana

Prahran, Melbourne

50-60YRS

A gastronomic workshop of artisan pasta, wine and espresso celebrated with true Italian conviviality. "Head chef Gabriele Coniglio, who joined the team in 2020, has created menus that offer a range of seasonal dishes. Come for the small bites, like the fried truffle croquettes or calamari, which Casoni says are best enjoyed with a glass of natural wine. There’s also plenty of cured meats – shaved in-house by Coniglio – that match well with the house-made focaccia." - Broadsheet.com.au
