Event Description
Fresh Asian Cuisine since 2018. Chef Yu Xiang Gu creates a menu inspired by his life experiences. Gu’s 30+ years of experience in kitchens both in China and Australia include Executive Chef roles at the Park Hyatt Melbourne, the Grand Hyatt Beijing, the Hilton Shenzhen and the Luxury Collection. With a focus on fresh, quality produce, Chef Gu is excited to bring his passion, expertise and skill to the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
