Event Description

SOOT at Barangaroo offers a modern Korean take on the classic Australian steakhouse with influences from traditional artisan Korean BBQ. SOOT is not your ordinary Korean BBQ, we use authentic Korean cooking methods with some classic Australian steak cuts and ingredients. Cutting edge Grills in every table, combined with our hand picked premium cuts of wagyu, our signature SOOT marinated ‘Galbi’ beef ribs all enjoyed with Korean inspired cocktails, a great range of local and imported wines and a selection of premium Korean Liquor.
