"While Ursula’s is inspired by the neighbourhood bistros of Europe, it’s also extremely elegant. The room is wrapped in colour; bold caramel tones and deep blues saturate the walls and floors.Wood’s menu – gloriously illustrated in the Bemelmans-style – is full of produce-driven dishes that combine Australian flavours with classic European techniques." - Broadsheet.com.au

Salmon & Bear - Crows Nest
Crows Nest, Sydney
50-60YRSSalmon & Bear is a neighbourhood restaurant, famous for cooking fish & steak over charcoal in the Mibrasa oven. We serve simple, honest food that you’ll want to enjoy again and again. Discovered on a trip to Spain, most of our food is cooked in the Mibrasa oven - a coal fired beast that harnesses the power of fire and flame to impart a delicate smoky flavour.
