35-45YRSThe rustic, unpretentious Italian diner Il Baretto has moved into the Paddo Inn’s slick dining room. The menu, which you’ll still find handwritten on a roll of butcher’s paper hanging on the wall, is familiar, but has had some tweaks, too. A few of Il Baretto’s signature dishes – such as slow-cooked ragu pappardelle – still feature, alongside an expanded selection of antipasti, pasta and gnocchi. Paddo Inn patrons can also order from a bar menu of chicken cotoletta, lasagne and calamari fritte.

The Grains that we use have been sourced from local NSW farms, preferring producers with smaller crops and less common heritage grains. We mill them on-site to produce our own flour, which is then used in our pasta room and pastry kitchen to produce fresh and delicious culinary experiences to enjoy. Our menu is approachable and driven by fresh and high quality produce, with our drinks being simple, well made and tasty.
