Event Description

Located in Grosvenor Place in a beautiful new space - enjoy the Malaya's unique range of Southeast Asian cuisine, from the original 1963 signature recipes to a spectacular range of seafood dishes. Inspired by the aromatic and spice-driven Nonya flavours encountered by Wong See on his Southeast Asian travels, the original Malaya was inspired to create its own unique recipes, leading to many decades of success.

Don't Tell Aunty

Surry Hills, Sydney

60+YRS

"Hooray for Bollywood! From the Indian movies screening on the wall to the music and good smells that fill the air, Don't Tell Aunty is a multi-sensory feast of sub-continental colour and movement. It's both proudly Indian and proudly disruptive of classical Indian restaurant cliches. You can have fun here, with a menu that fizzes and pops with new-from-old ideas." - Sydney Morning Herald.
