Macleay St Bistro now resides just a few doors down in Monopole's old digs, serving the familiar French cuisine it's renowned for. We have been named by many a "Sydney institution", and proudly served over one million customers in over four decades in business. We pride ourselves on serving fresh, locally sourced ingredients with a consistency of flavours in every dish. Callum, our chef has over a decade of international experience in the industry and is passionate about creating classic French flavoursome dishes that leave our customers satisfied every time.
