The eclectic drinks menu highlights natural wines, with a focus on Spanish and local varietals. With exposed sandstone walls and a lively, relaxed atmosphere, PERCY blends the rich history of Hotel Woolstore 1888 with the energy of a modern tapas bar, celebrating Spanish cuisine and Woolstore 1888’s legacy to create a memorable experience where history meets contemporary flair.
