Event Description

A heritage listed hotel with a modern revamp, The Tilbury consists of two expansive floors including a public bar, restaurant, courtyard and upper level. A fantastic option for a meal with friends. Dining at The Tilbury Hotel is a delicious affair, as the modern, contemporary restaurant (overlooking the courtyard) boasts a slick atmosphere alongside locally sourced plates, from fresh Baby Beetroot & Burrata, or Spicy Snapper with XO Mussels to 12 Hour Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder, we've got something to suit all tastes. Margarita or a refreshing Spritz or Mocktail? Head to the cocktail bar where mixes are fresh & seasonal.
