We anchor our flavours in recipes and memories we grew up with. our aim is to reflect the diversity of our culture using corn as our canvas. Maiz is set to serve delicious and flavourful Mexican food by drawing on traditional knowledge and showing respect for the produce. Always seeking for innovation, we create our dishes and drinks with a contemporary twist keeping “home” close to us.
