Event Description
We welcome you in the Italian spirit as friends at our table. Ramona is inspired by the deep-rooted culinary traditions of Italy and all its regions and is embellished with ingredients sourced locally. Ashley-Maree and her team bring the best of Italy to Coorparoo. Ramona specialises in dough. We hand shape and hand cut all our pasta made with pasture-fed eggs. Our focaccia is naturally leavened and fermented for 48 hours minimum. Our pizza dough is naturally leavened with 72-hour ferment using a blend of three flours to create a dough unique to Ramona.
