Orlo, located at 44 Oxford Street in Collingwood, is a multi-storey venue housed in a historic 1880s red brick building. It offers Mediterranean cuisine paired with local wines. Infusing a grungy flair with Mediterranean sophistication, Executive Chef and Culinary Director Matteo Tine brings a unique twist to our charcoal grill. Embracing vintage culinary techniques and infusing them with innovation, Matteo elevates local, seasonal ingredients to craft dishes that resonate with our fast-paced world.
