Kiln restaurant & bar is the crown of Ace Hotel Sydney, situated 18 stories above Surry Hills. Kiln is rooted in contemporary Australian cuisine and something we’re calling Italian-ish, with nods to Japan and Southeast Asia peppered throughout the menu.
